Welcome to our 2018 production sale. Thank you for taking the time to look through this year’s sale offering.

The bulls will sell through the same online auction format that we used last year. Bidding for the sale will open on February 14 and end in a live auction with the bulls selling in catalog order starting at 5:30 pm
(Mountain Time) on February 16. Additionally, on the afternoon of February 10, we will have all of the bulls penned up on display, and we invite you to come to the feedlot and view them in person. After you view the bulls, we invite you to join us for lunch and refreshments at the Sentinel Butte City Hall (and possibly a few hands of cards!). The preview will start at 1:00 pm (Mountain Time). Tanya Daniels, our online auction coordinator, will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the auction process. She will also help you register for the sale if you wish. EVEN IF YOU REGISTERED LAST YEAR, YOU MUST REGISTER TO BID AGAIN THIS YEAR. If you are unable to join us on open house day, please know that you are welcome to come look at the bulls anytime that works for you.

The bulls will sell in catalog order. As we have done in the past, our sale order is determined by weight and this year, we weighed them all on January 8, 2018. They sell heaviest to lightest. There are excellent bulls all the way through to the last bull in the sale. The one thing that each bull in the sale has in common is that each one is bred to sire replacement females that will make a positive, lasting impact in your herd. These bulls will produce sound, functional females that will stay in your herd for years and put money in your pocket. That is the purpose of our program.

We want to thank you for your past support and we appreciate the opportunity to be your source for maternally bred Angus bulls. If you have any questions, please let us know!

Sincerely,
Dietz Family Angus
